About us
We build the school; you keep the name on the door
UbiLearn is a white-label learning platform made by a small product team in Bengaluru. It exists because the people who teach best are rarely the people who can afford to have a learning platform built.
The first version of UbiLearn was a favour. A friend who trains hospitality staff had 200 recorded lessons on a shared drive, a spreadsheet of who had watched what, and a WhatsApp group where she reminded people to finish module four. Every quarter she lost a day to reconciling the three.
The tools that could have fixed it were all wrong in the same two ways. The cheap ones put their own brand in front of her students, so the programme she had spent six years building looked like it belonged to a website. The serious ones wanted an implementation project, a per-seat licence for people she had not hired yet, and a call with a sales team before they would quote a number.
So we built the thing in between: a proper learning platform — course builder, video, quizzes, certificates, analytics — that a single person can set up in an afternoon, that carries only their brand, and that costs a knowable amount of money every month.
It turned out companies wanted the same thing for a different reason. An L&D manager onboarding 300 field staff has the same problem as a solo coach with 30 students: get people through the material, know who finished, and be able to prove it. The features differ at the edges. The core is identical, which is why UbiLearn is one product with two front doors rather than two products.
We are deliberately small, we are funded by the people who use the product, and we have no plan to become a marketplace that competes with our own customers for their students.

What we stand for
Six commitments we would be embarrassed to break
These are not values on a wall. Each one is a decision already made in the product, and you can check every one of them from the outside.
Your brand, never ours
White-label is the product, not an upgrade. Learners see your logo, your colours, your email sender and your certificate on every plan. We are invisible to them by design.
We charge for software, not a share of your work
A flat monthly price by audience size. No commission on what you earn, no per-course fee, no charge for seats you have not filled.
Your data is yours, and only yours
Your course content stays your intellectual property and your learner records belong to your workspace. We do not sell them, do not train models on them and never show them to another customer.
No dark patterns
Cancel from the same screen where you subscribed. No retention maze, no cancellation phone call, no auto-upgrade you did not agree to. A grace period before anything is switched off.
We say no in writing
There is a list on our features page of what UbiLearn does not do. We would rather lose a sale than win one you regret in week three.
Built for Indian buyers first
Rupee pricing, GST invoices with your GSTIN, UPI and net banking at checkout, data hosted in Mumbai, and support in our own timezone.
How we work
A small team, on purpose
We would rather ship four things properly than twelve things nearly. That shows up in what we build and in how we answer email.
- The person who answers your support email can usually fix the bug themselves
- Our roadmap is driven by what customers keep asking for, not by what looks good in a comparison chart
- We publish our availability target and what we do when we miss it, rather than a marketing 99.99%
- Deferred features are named openly on the features page instead of being implied
