Yes, manually today. You can upload your existing videos, PDFs and articles into the course builder, and bulk-import your learners from a CSV on Growth and Business.

We do not import SCORM or xAPI packages, and we are honest about that rather than promising a converter that mangles your content. If you have a large catalogue, write to us before you buy and we will tell you plainly how long it will take.

Yes. There is an Android app for learners, themed with your brand — your logo and colours, not ours. Learners sign in with your workspace address, watch lessons, take quizzes and pick up exactly where they left off on the web.

Instructors and admins work on the web; building a course on a phone is a bad idea and we are not going to pretend otherwise. An iOS app is not available yet.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5 to 7 working days. Renewals after the first 7 days are not refundable; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. All prices on this site are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout for Indian customers. Every payment produces a downloadable tax invoice under Billing in your workspace.

Add your business name, registered address and GSTIN in Billing settings before your first payment and they will appear on the invoice, so your finance team can claim input credit without chasing us.

A learner counts once in a calendar month the first time they open a lesson, take a quiz or submit an assignment — however many courses they touch after that. Learners who are enrolled but do not open anything that month do not count.

Starter includes 100 active learners a month, Growth 500 and Business 2,000. If you cross your limit we email you and give you the rest of the month at no extra charge; nobody is locked out mid-lesson. Upgrade whenever it suits you and we prorate the difference.

Yes, from Billing in your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against what you have already paid. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your workspace fully usable until the end of the current period. Nothing is deleted on the day you cancel.

Yearly plans are billed for ten months and run for twelve — two months free. You pay once, get one invoice, and your plan renews on the same date next year.

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to yearly plans exactly as it does to monthly ones.

You get a 7-day grace period with a banner in your workspace and reminder emails, and everything keeps working. If the payment still has not gone through, the workspace becomes read-only — learners can finish what they are watching, but nothing new can be created.

The workspace is suspended 21 days after the first failed payment. Your data is not deleted at that point; pay the outstanding invoice and everything comes straight back.

Not yet. Today UbiLearn is the software you pay for, and how you charge your learners is between you and them — most creators sell elsewhere and enrol buyers with an invite link or a course code.

Learner checkout is on our roadmap. We would rather ship it properly with tax handling and payouts than bolt on a payment button.

No. Your portal, your login page, your emails, your certificates and the Android app all carry your logo, your colours and your workspace name. White-label is how the product works on every plan, not a feature we sell back to you.

UbiLearn appears only on this marketing site, on your invoices and in the sign-up flow you go through as the customer.

Today every workspace gets its own subdomain — yourname.ubilearn.com — with HTTPS handled for you. Fully custom domains such as learn.yourcompany.com are not available yet.

Custom domains are planned and we will not charge extra for them when they land. If a custom domain is a hard requirement for signing, tell us on the contact form and we will give you an honest timeline rather than a maybe.

Your logo and favicon, your primary and accent colours, the sender name on transactional emails, your workspace name and subdomain, and the certificate template learners download.

When you pick a brand colour we check it for contrast against white and grey backgrounds and suggest a corrected shade if it would fail WCAG AA. Your brand should look like your brand and still be readable.

Video, rich-text articles, downloadable files and PDFs, quizzes, and — on Growth and Business — assignments that instructors grade with feedback. Any lesson can carry attachments.

You can turn on sequential mode so a lesson stays locked until the previous one is complete, and set completion to trigger automatically at 90% watched or by an explicit 'mark complete'.

Up to 2 GB per video. Uploads are resumable and go straight from your browser to object storage, so a dropped connection on a 90-minute recording does not mean starting again. Handouts and other documents can be up to 100 MB each.

Playback uses short-lived signed URLs, so a learner cannot copy a link out of the network tab and share a permanent one. Your storage allowance is 25 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Growth and 500 GB on Business.

Quizzes support single-answer, multi-select and true/false questions, each with points and an optional explanation. Set a time limit, an attempt limit, a pass mark and whether to shuffle. Grading is automatic and learners get a per-question review, which you can hide if you reuse the questions.

When a learner completes a course, a certificate is issued automatically as a branded PDF with a unique ID and a public verification page, so an employer can confirm it without calling you.

Three ways: you invite them by email, you import a CSV of your team (Growth and Business), or you share a self-enrolment link or course code for people to join themselves.

Invite links expire after seven days so an old email forwarded around does not become an open door into your workspace.

One email address can belong to several workspaces with a different role in each — useful for a consultant who instructs in a client's academy and owns their own.

Yes, on Growth and Business. Put people into groups, assign a course to a group with a due date, and track who has finished from one table. Business adds per-group and per-learner drill-down and CSV export for your compliance records.

Reminder emails go out before the due date so you are not the one chasing your colleagues.

You do. Your course content stays your intellectual property — we get only the limited licence we need to host it and show it to your learners. Learner records in your workspace belong to your workspace, and you decide who inside it can see them.

We do not use your content or your learners' data to train models, we do not sell it, and we never show it to another customer. You can export your learner progress and results as CSV whenever you want.

Every record in the database carries a workspace ID, and every query is scoped to one workspace by construction rather than by a developer remembering to add a filter. Membership is re-checked on the server on every request; nothing about your role or your workspace is trusted from the browser.

Automated tests run on every change that try to read one workspace's data with another workspace's credentials and fail the build if anything comes back.

Your workspace data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can come back or export what you need, then it is permanently deleted from our production systems. Backups age out on their own retention cycle shortly after.

In the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region of Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on disk, and database backups are taken nightly.
