For creators and coaches
Stop renting someone else's brand to teach your own work
You have the audience, the curriculum and the recordings. What you do not have is a place that looks like it belongs to you. UbiLearn is that place — set up in an afternoon, priced like software rather than a revenue share.
₹2,499/month · 100 active learners · 7-day money-back guarantee
The three reasons people switch
What you are actually fixing
Nobody buys an LMS because they want an LMS. These are the problems it removes.
A drive folder is not a course
Links break, people share them, and nothing tells you who watched what. A portal gives your material a shape and gives you the numbers.
Marketplaces own your students
On a marketplace, the platform's brand is the one your students remember. Here your name is on the login page, the emails and the certificate.
You cannot improve what you cannot see
Completion rates and quiz results tell you which lesson people quit on — usually the one you were proudest of.
Included from day one
Everything a one-person school needs
On the Starter plan, with no add-ons and no seat charges for people who do not exist yet.
- Your own portal at yourname.ubilearn.com, with your logo, colours and favicon
- Unlimited courses and lessons — you are metered on audience and storage, never on how much you teach
- Video lessons up to 2 GB each with resumable upload and resume-anywhere playback
- Auto-graded quizzes with explanations, attempt limits and pass marks
- Branded certificates with a public verification page your students can share
- An Android app in your colours, so your students study on the commute
- Emails that come from your name, not from a platform your students have never heard of
How creators usually charge
UbiLearn does not take a cut of what you earn and does not handle your students’ payments — that stays between you and them. Most creators do one of these:
- 1Sell where you already sellYour existing payment link, a Razorpay page or an Instagram DM. When someone pays, you send them a self-enrolment link.
- 2Invite by email after enrolmentPaste the addresses of a cohort and everyone gets a branded invite with a link that expires in seven days.
- 3Run a closed cohort with a course codeShare one code with a batch. Anyone with it joins that course and nothing else in your workspace.
Learner checkout inside UbiLearn is on the roadmap. Until it ships properly — with tax handling and payouts — we would rather not pretend it exists.
Getting started
An afternoon, start to finish
No migration project. No implementation partner. No call unless you want one.
Claim your subdomain
Sign up, pick yourname.ubilearn.com, upload your logo and set two brand colours. HTTPS is handled; there is nothing to configure.
Move your material in
Upload the recordings you already have, paste your notes into article lessons, attach the workbook PDF, and add a quiz at the end of each module.
Send the link
Share a self-enrolment link with the people who have already paid you, or invite them by email one at a time. They are studying the same day.

One example
What the first month usually looks like
A composite of the conversations we have with coaches in their first weeks.
- Week 1 — portal branded, three recorded workshops uploaded as one course
- Week 2 — a quiz added per module; two students fail question four, which turns out to be badly worded
- Week 3 — first certificates issued; one student shares the verification link on LinkedIn
- Week 4 — the dashboard shows a 40% drop-off in lesson five, which gets re-recorded shorter
“I had been selling recorded workshops through a drive folder and a payment link. Moving to my own portal took a Saturday, and the first thing a student said was that it finally looked like a real school. The drop-off chart then told me my longest lesson was my worst one.”
Illustrative example written from customer conversations. Attributed to a role, not to a named individual.
Questions
What creators ask us first
No. Every workspace is on a paid plan from day one. We chose a 7-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial: it keeps the platform free of abandoned and abusive workspaces, which is what keeps video storage and email deliverability healthy for the people who are actually teaching.
If UbiLearn is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we return it in full.
Not yet. Today UbiLearn is the software you pay for, and how you charge your learners is between you and them — most creators sell elsewhere and enrol buyers with an invite link or a course code.
Learner checkout is on our roadmap. We would rather ship it properly with tax handling and payouts than bolt on a payment button.
No. Your portal, your login page, your emails, your certificates and the Android app all carry your logo, your colours and your workspace name. White-label is how the product works on every plan, not a feature we sell back to you.
UbiLearn appears only on this marketing site, on your invoices and in the sign-up flow you go through as the customer.
Up to 2 GB per video. Uploads are resumable and go straight from your browser to object storage, so a dropped connection on a 90-minute recording does not mean starting again. Handouts and other documents can be up to 100 MB each.
Playback uses short-lived signed URLs, so a learner cannot copy a link out of the network tab and share a permanent one. Your storage allowance is 25 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Growth and 500 GB on Business.
Every new workspace comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email support@ubilearn.com from your workspace owner address within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no exit interview, no clawback conditions.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5 to 7 working days. Renewals after the first 7 days are not refundable; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your students deserve better than a folder of links
Brand a workspace, upload one course and send the link to five people this week. Seven days to change your mind, in full.
