A place to study that does not get in the way
The learner never sets up anything, never picks a server, never sees a manual. They open a link, sign in, and the course is there — on the laptop at work and the phone on the train.
Player built for actually watching
Video on the left, curriculum on the right, position saved every ten seconds. Close the tab mid-lesson and the next device picks up the same second.
Android app in your brand
The same catalogue, player, quizzes and certificates on Android, themed with the workspace's logo and colours. Progress syncs both ways.
Quizzes that explain themselves
Results appear the moment they submit, with a per-question review and the explanation the instructor wrote — which the workspace can switch off for reused question sets.
Certificates worth showing someone
Issued automatically on completion as a branded PDF with a unique ID and a public verification page, so an employer can confirm it without emailing you.
For instructors
Build a course the way you would write an outline
Three panes: your structure on the left, the lesson you are editing in the middle, a preview of what the learner sees on the right. It autosaves. Nothing you type is ever waiting on a Save button you forgot.
Sections, lessons, drag to reorder
Rename inline, move a lesson between sections by dragging it, and reorder a whole module without renumbering anything by hand.
Resumable uploads that survive bad Wi-Fi
Files go straight from your browser to storage in parts, up to 2 GB each. A dropped connection resumes rather than restarting a 90-minute recording.
Assessment that grades itself
Single-answer, multi-select and true/false questions with points, explanations, time limits, attempt limits, pass marks and shuffling. Assignments with manual grading and written feedback on Growth and above.
Sequential mode when order matters
Lock each lesson until the previous one is complete, and set completion to fire at 90% watched or only on an explicit mark-complete.
For owners and admins
Run it like a programme, not a folder of links
Who is enrolled, who has finished, who is late, what it costs, and who changed what. The answers are on one dashboard, and they are exportable when someone asks for evidence.
People and groups
Invite by email or import a CSV, sort learners into groups by team or cohort, and change or revoke a role in one click. Invite links expire after seven days.
Assignments with due dates
Assign a course to a person or a whole group with a deadline. Reminder emails go out before it, so chasing people is not your job.
Reporting you can hand to an auditor
Active learners, enrolments, completion rate, quiz pass rate and per-course progress; per-group and per-learner drill-down plus CSV export on the higher plans.
Control and accountability
Four roles with server-enforced permissions, an audit log of logins, role changes, publishes and billing actions, and branded transactional email so nothing leaves in our name.

Multi-tenancy, authentication, payments and backups are not features we charge for. They are the reason the features above can be trusted.
Isolation by construction
Every record carries a workspace ID and every query is scoped to one workspace; automated tests try to break across workspaces on every change.
Sensible authentication
Email OTP verification, Google sign-in, always-on MFA for owners and admins, short-lived sessions and log-out-all-devices.
Hosted in India
Data lives in the AWS Mumbai region, encrypted in transit and at rest, with nightly database backups.
Billing that behaves
Razorpay subscriptions, GST invoices you can download, prorated upgrades, and a grace period before anything is ever switched off.

Straight answers
What UbiLearn does not do — yet
Every platform has a list like this. Most of them hide it. Here is ours, so you find out now rather than in week three.
- Custom domains — every workspace is on its own ubilearn.com subdomain today. Planned, and it will not cost extra.
- SCORM and xAPI import. You can upload the source video and documents; we do not convert packages.
- Live classes and webinars. Run those where you already run them and keep the recordings here.
- Selling courses to learners through UbiLearn checkout. You charge your learners however you do today; we charge you for the software.
- An iOS app. The learner app is Android; iPhone learners use the web portal, which works properly on a phone.
